Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium is allocated to schools with pupils on roll that are known to have been eligible for free school meals (FSM) at any time in the last six years, that are children who have been looked after continuously for more than six months or that are children of service personnel.

Schools have the freedom to spend the Pupil Premium, which is additional to the underlying schools budget, in a way they think will best support the raising of attainment for the most vulnerable pupils.

Free School Meals Eligibility

Changes to Free School Meals from September 2026 mean that more families may now be eligible.

Applying for FSM is important because, in addition to providing free meals for your child(ren), it may also help the school receive additional funding (Pupil Premium) to support your child's education.

Our school now uses the LGfL FSM Checking Service rather than Warwickshire County Council.

To check your eligibility via LGfL please click on the following link:

Free School Meals checking service

Our school details should auto populate when you click the link but please double check to make sure they are correct.

You will need:

• Your name and date of birth

• Your National Insurance number

• Details of your child(ren)

• An email address and mobile number

Results are usually provided within minutes and will be shared with both you and the school.

Important: Families who currently receive Free School Meals must complete a new application before September 2026, as our new system is not linked to the previous Warwickshire County Council service.
